HOA Annual Meeting: 12 November 2024

1. Election of Two New Board Members: So far, only one candidate, Sharon Dudley, has come forward. Please consider joining our Board of Directors.
   

2. Amendments to our Covenants: A resident has submitted several proposed amendments. We will vote on these proposed amendments ONLY if enough homeowners are present in person or by proxy. Under the provisions of our CC&R we cannot conduct a vote on any proposed changes to the CC&R unless at least 35% of the members (households) are represented, in person or by proxy, at the meeting. That means we need 97 members (households) represented, in person or by proxy, at the meeting.
