A Message from the ACC

From the Architectural Control Committee

The grass & weeds are enjoying the recent summer rains we have been experiencing. Unfortunately, several of our homeowners have failed to properly maintain their yards. The ACC sent out 12 courtesy or warning letters this week.

The violations range from weeds in planter areas to failure to mow between fences to long-term parking of trailers on our streets.
